I have a partner in a business we started as a LLC corp. the partner owes money and we have a contract with a building for a line of work. The contract with the customer was signed by my husband and myself and not with my partner. We need to get rid of the partner. Are we bound to the partner? We have no written partnership agreement. Since the partner didn't sign the contract with the customer, do they have any rights at this point? I need advice.

here is the best advice that can be given. Find an attorney who is an expert in the area you are having trouble. I am not an attorney, but I posted an issue in here last night and scheduled an appointment with an attorney for this evening. In the 1 hour that I was there, I found out more info that was correct than from 100 websites or individuals. Honestly if you find the correct attorney it is money well spent.
