Can I legally get my money back?

My daughter joined a fast pitch baseball team that was just starting up, we have $1500 so far invested in it, she was to sign a commitment sheet but never did. The organization has many problems and isn't what we we're promised, throw in the fact that the manager has been found to be the owner/seller of porn website names which is making a lot of us parents uncomfortable as the team is all young girls. Two of the girls have been kicked off the team and four others have quit because of everything that is happening, my question is, though we made a verbal agreement but never signed anything and we are not getting some of what we we're promised can I legally get my money back if she quits the team?

If the entire package is not nearly what you expected, you can demand a refund and sue in small claims if you have to. Even that porn web issue is probably enough to get out frankly.
