I am looking to end my business. What are bankruptcy options from my C corp?
I am a small, one person C corp in the state of Michigan. I am looking to end my business but I will have too much debt at the end of business to be solvent. What are my options? Does bankruptcy effect my personal credit? I just want to get out of this with as little damage to my personal credit as possible. Please advise.

It will not effect your cfedit unless you personally signed or guaranteed the debts. But in most small business situations the contracts you signed did have such personal guarantees.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
