Can Judgements issued against me be removed by Chapter 7 bankruptcy?
STATE: FLORIDA
Can Judgements issued against me be removed by Chapter 7 bankruptcy? If not, due to the fact that I no money, home, car, etc what happens to the approx. 220,000.00 in judgements? How much am I allowed to make a year and should I even remain in the united states at this point if bankruptcy can't solve my problem? If I had the 1500.00 to go bankrupt I would do it before anymore judgements arise, however I have no income at this time, Legal Aid doesn't handle bankruptcy. Thanks in advanced for any advice given, Ben |

Yes except for some judgments by the government, tax liens or child support most other judgments will be ended by Ch7.
