Filing LLC bankruptcy
Four of us started a restaurant business. Now its a total failure. We signed a 2 year lease. Now landlord doesnot agree to terminate the lease. We are thinking about filing a LLC bankruptcy. Does this affect our personal credit report? Thanks. LLC is registered in Ohio.
