I am appealing a municipal court magistrate's decision to award my former
landlord an eviction on the basis that she did not recuse herself for being an acquaintance of his until the second hearing wherein the amount of his financial award was to be determined. |

You can do that although being an acquaintance or even a friend in and of itself is not always reason to recuse a judge
|
