Default how does the law view recklessness

My child at the age of 12 recently was engaged in arson that resulted in the burning down of a childs playground what sort of problems will the courts be considering? he also states that he just did not think what kind of issues will that set the court with? thankyou for your time

They will certainly consider his very young age. If it looks like a thoughtless act or mistake they are likely to be lenient. If has reoccurring problems or he seems to know exactly what he wanted to do, it could be tougher.

Some counseling may also be ordered, or you could offer to have it done.
