For more than two years attorney-client communications have been less than professional (i.e. Missed appointments; inaccessibility; failed promises and despite my attempts to consider his time/scheduling, there has been little or no consideration of my time).
Since there is need for a new attorney, how can a new attorney accurately establish what legal steps have been done and those that are necessary to go forward with the case expeditiously and as smoothly as possible if we believe we can expect another hearing to be scheduled shortly and WE ARE NOT BEING REPRESENTED. |

You may just ask the first attorney to agree to a withdrawal and if the case is in court the judge normally has to agree, which he will.
