Angry will the judge remove a lawyer charged with ehics violations by the Plaintiff?

If a lawyer is charged with ethics violations by the plaintiff for conflict of interst will the judge have the lawyer removed? i e lawyer consulted with plaintiff two times then was retained by the defendant. Palintiff is requesting the lawyer remove himself.

A judge normally will remove him or ask him to explain.

You may also file a compaint with the State Bar.
