Angry ifa case is reopened will the same lawyer be equired to continue the lawsuit?

Can a lawyer quit a lawsuit because his client hasn't paid him additional retainer fees?

The judge has to approve if the client does not agree.

But normally the lawyer will be allowed to quit at some point yes.
