IF A LAWYER DROPS A CLIENT CAN HE DROP OUT OF AN ONGOING LAWSUIT THAT HE STARTED?
and if the lawyer's client doesn't full fill his part of a court approved settlement can the lawyer be held accountable for the breached agreement? |

Normally no. You have to go after the defendant.
But the settlement is enforceable of course. |
