Angry LAWYER DROPED HIS CLIENT BUT CAN HE DROP OUT OF AN ONGOING LAWSUIT?

IF A LAWYER DROPS A CLIENT CAN HE DROP OUT OF AN ONGOING LAWSUIT THAT HE STARTED?

and if the lawyer's client doesn't full fill his part of a court approved settlement can the lawyer be held accountable for the breached agreement?

Normally no. You have to go after the defendant.

But the settlement is enforceable of course.
