can a post dated check be procacuted in civil court?
Is a postdated checkan illegal contract? can i go to the small claims court fot help? Can i collect on worthless check even though iit is post dated?
THe DA's office told me that they could not help me file a bounced check charge because it was postdated and over 30 days old. What can I do with the check to get my money? thanks for your time j |

Can you wait till the date it is valid?
Then you can sue or file criminal charges. |

A post dated check cannot be filed anytime as a criminal act. If a check is post dated each party understands this then there is no charge.

Banks do not recognize a post dated check, hanmmer it and file a theft by check charge.
