Big Grin paying lawyer for his new practice & vaction

the father of my daugther has left her all in his will, his had 3 other grow up children,they contest the will , that's was 7 years ago. the lawyer that i hired for my daugther ( she was minor at the time)say that all party has reach a settlement, that's was over 2 years ago,as of now nothing happend ,but he keep billing us every month 2,500$ will not talk to me or my daugther nor that will answear our question but brush us off that he just waitting to be sign, & when we call him he scream at us .... his name is Donald Snider, be ware of him. what shell we do ? thank you .

File a complaint with the State Bar if he will not refund you.

That sounds very wrong--he should not be billing you.
