Confused defendant attorney was lying

I am a plaintiff in a W/C case. The Defendants attorney told the judge I have never hired an attorney nor am I represented by an attorney. The judge beleives this attorney and denies my request to contact my attorney which I do have. The other attorney states I have wasted the court's time and the judge agrees to this. The judge tells me I can not look for another attorny and I must present my case by myself.

I do have an attorney at that time. My attorney was consulting with physicians about my case.

The defendants attorney requested the pre-hearing and inform the the judge that the attorney I hired never talked to the defendant attorney.

My attorney did converse with this attorney (the defendant attorney).

What is my legal standing and procedure???

Default Re: lying

Why did your lawyer not go to the hearing?

...if he is not there then it is as if he does not work for you.

Or he has to explain to the court.
