WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR LAWYER FAILS TO NOTIFY YOU OF A COURT DATE
MY LAWYER NEVER SENT ME A NOTICE OF A COURT DATE. i DID NOT SHOW UP,HE DID NOT SHOW UP, THEN A HAD A BODY WRIT ON ME. TO MAKE IT WORSE MY EX DID NOTHING BUT LIE AND WHEN WE PROVED IT TO THE JUDGE THE JUDGE REFUSED TO LOWER MY PURGE

That is malpractice. Have the state bar intervene if the lawyer cannot resolve any damage caused.
