Default POPESCU, IOSEPOVICI, LLP (New York)

I would like to share a little bit of my experience regarding this law firm from New York. The things aren`t as these people display on the internet.
I`ve hired them a couple of months ago for a not modest amount to reprezent my husband.
Besides that they did not occupy of his case, they didn`t answer the phone when I contacted them to find out information about my husband, the evidences of is file were made available after 6 months, and all that after long insistences, and in the end to realize that they droped the case.
We didn`t even receive a dissolution contract as it`s requiered, for having time to search for another lawyer.
Regarding the money, we haven`t received anything back. Very, very nice "gentlemen". Applause!
Maybe by this means, other people, that trust you like we did, will also see that you are not lawyers, but a bunch of genuine pawnbrokers!

Have you heard of a little thing called "attorney-client privilege"? YOU aren't entitled to any information about your husband's case from these attorneys. YOU weren't the client - your HUSBAND was.

Perhaps your husband wasn't as diligent or cooperative with the attorneys as he could or should have been.

If you have a specific complaint, you should consider filing it with the Bar Association.
