we feel this is an absolute miscarriage of justice but nobody seems care

my wife and i are former dairy farmers we were defrauded out of buisness we hired an attorney to resolve these issues.we paid him approx. 4000.00 dollars over a period of time. there were numerus things that he was supposed to do and to my knowledge very little to know of it has been done. he has gotten his self suspended by the va state bar so now he has our money we have no representation nothing has been resolved the staute of limitations may or may not have ran out on some of this and who knows what eles. my wife and i have been defrauded lied too jerked around you name it its probably been done to us weve lost most everything weve worked for and are about to lose the rest of what we have we feel this is a absoulute miscarriage of justice but nobody seems care. the only thing we feel that we have done wrong is work hard and trust other people. the courts and the legal system is standing up for all the people that are fileing cases against us who is out the to help us. SOMEBODY HELP US!!!!!!!!!

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
