Angry custody case
i want to sue a lawyer for taking money and not earning it and I want to do this on my own..without a lawyer..can I?

It may be best to have the state bar hear your complaint and act. But yes you could sue on your own if need be.

Notifying the state bar would be your best bet. You best have your ducks in a row though because your attorney will. Granted, he may get them in a row only After he is notified by the Bar, but he will get it done.
