Confused Termination of Parental Rights Bias

I can prove personal relations and all sorts of clerical errors, and real evidence of a judge his wife and children have personal relations with the petitioner in a termination of parental rights case, and he never recused himself, and has now been caught in several lies, even on something i received in the mail yesterday. i have 63 pages of documented evidence, yet i did not know this until I received my Order and he had the same surname as the petitioner, as did his wife the clerk of courts. anyway i was granted the rights to have my case be heard via telephone which he stated that the petitioners and their attorney were not present, then i did not get the chance to respond to their testimony. also he moved the trial time from 11am to 1pm because the petitioner or attorneys did not show up due to a case in another court. in his sworn order he stated they were present at the time of testimony. i have filed an appeal, but where to go to this? i can prove kidnapping and not abandonment with over 80 pieces of evidence which include police reports. but the appeal doesn't help that does it? i am pro se. and hopelessly gathering evidence for i dont even know what anymore! please excuse more poor grammar here i am exhausted with this i have all this evidence against him but what to do with it?

Default Re: Termination of Parental Rights Bias

I wish to inform you that court rules will govern your options. If you have filed an appeal then you may include conflict of interest of judge as one of the grounds of appeal. Further you may show your new evidence with the permission of court. Court considers best interest of child as main consideration and thus factors considering necessity of termination may also be included.
