I have had the same attorney for several years to deal with my child support and other issues. I have tried to contact him via the phone and have left messages with his assistant. He does not call me back. This has gone on for months. I have some real issues to talk to him about and some modifications to my divorce decree need to be initiated. What can I do to impress upon him my need. Do I send him some money to entice him to help me? Very frustrated, thanks for some ideas.

He has to agree to the new issues and you have to agree to pay. If he does not call then, you may inform the state bar.
