SD Judge condones child molesting

A man was convicted of molesting his own 9 year old daughter. After prison he dated and moved in with a woman with 2 minor daughters. State Judge was sent motions twice to remove the children from her custody. He will not respond. Another Judge said she is trying to better herself after a child abuse investigation that found child abuse. Confused yet? She used her daughter's identity to commit felonies and the Court does not want to hear about it, she can commit identity theft against her children. Child services referred it to law enforcement who do nothing since the Court says it is all right to abuse your children and commit felonies in your children's name. South Dakota Bar and Judicial Qualification Commission don't want to hear about it, Judges can do what they want.

A child molester can move in with 2 minor girls and have his way because the Judge says so?
