Possible Case?

Is a case possible in which to sue a college/university into accepting you based on grounds that they have rejected you as discrimination against those who are mentally disadvantaged. Now although I have put in effort throughout high school, the gpa that i was able to receive was a 2.1 which is too low even for community colleges to accept me. Now I received good grades on exams which were given by the AP board, now is it possible to sue a university for discrimination?
