Default Am I Able to Become a Lawyer? (felony convictions, state bar requirements)

I have a couple of Felony convictions, Im not sure if Im reading this correctly but in the State of NJ, the bar association will accept a criminal record.

Character and Fitness Determinations
And Criminal Record is X
AM I correct?

I wish to inform you that you are eligible for becoming a lawyer in NJ. In this regard under the the "X" symbol represents that you are eligible to be a member of Bar and criminal conviction will not stop you from becoming member of Bar. A felony conviction does not Bar the applicant from becoming member of the Bar.

But they do have discretion and they can deny you even if you graduate law school.
