Lawyer filed motion to withdraw.
Order for withdrawal filed. Client wasn't notified a motion was filed. How can judge grant a withdrawal without hearing client side? Doesn't make sense to file a motion to withdraw if it's granted automatically. |

Write the judge and ask for a hearing to object. You may ask the judge for a motion to reconsider.

Thank you. Do I have to wait for a file stamped copy of the order? Since I posted this, I received copies of the unfiled motion to withdraw...Tho it appears from the online records that the request to withdraw was granted...I have not received anthing signed by the judge allowing him to withdraw..
