I wish to inform you that for filing a case with the US District Court you are required to file a complaint setting out the facts of the case and your claims. In this, if you intend to have a lawyer then you can hire an attorney or can ask for a lawyer from Legal Aid. You can also self represent yourself in the lawsuit. Alternatively, for violation of section 501 of Rehabilitation Act you can file a complaint with EEOC.
