Cool Defend themselves from a collusion

What is the best way to defend themselves from a collusion which leaves you in jeopardy.

I wish to inform you that under the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution a person cannot be tried for the same offence again. However, it is possible that an accused can get a conviction against himself by collusion. The objective is for the accused to save himself from future prosecution and a more severe punishment. The law provides that a person can be tried once for an offence and once the person has been tried then an appeal can be made if the judgment is not correct as a result of collusion.
