Default emergency change of lawyer?

Australia


im going to court this weds and my lawyer doesn\'t want to be my lawyer anymore we just dis agree on everything and i just dont trust her enough for my case now she dosnt want ist\'n taking my case anymore. WHAT DO I DO NOW??

You can ask the court to delay the hearing until you get new counsel but it is better not to wait too late to do that. If you are going to do it have a good reason for why you waited till now.
