Lanier Law Firm's Rick Meadow Recognized Among Top Attorneys in New York

New York trial attorney Richard D. "Rick" Meadow of The Lanier Law Firm has earned recognition among the state's top personal injury attorneys in the New York Super Lawyers list published in The New York Times Magazine.

Mr. Meadow, who leads The Lanier Law Firm's office in New York, was selected to the 2009 list based on his work in a variety of personal injury matters, including cases representing clients who have been harmed by pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, asbestos, medical malpractice, defective products, construction defects, lead poisoning, motor vehicle crashes, and negligence of premises owners and municipalities.

"Rick is an indispensable member of our litigation team and an outstanding overall attorney," says firm founder Mark Lanier. "He is a formidable courtroom talent who is extremely deserving of this recognition."

Attorneys selected to the prestigious New York Super Lawyers list represent less than five percent of all lawyers practicing in New York. Honorees are singled out based on nominations from other attorneys, followed by a review of the nominations by a blue-ribbon panel of attorneys and independent research conducted by New York Super Lawyers staff.

The 2009 listing of the state's top lawyers will be published in September in the New York-Metro edition of New York Super Lawyers magazine and the October 4, 2009, edition of The New York Times Magazine.
