termination of health benefits
My friend who has been off on long term diablity for almost 2 years now found out her employer just terminated her benefit plan. She received no notice and found out by trying to fill a prescription. her employment has not been terminated, can you cut a plpan with no notice or options. The medication she is on is a life saving medication for cancer.
