Confused victim's rights question, OH

Please Help!
Less than 2 years ago I was the victim of a Telacommunications Harrassment case involving a minor sending inappropriate email messages to a teacher at place of employment. The minor was 16 at the time of conviction. The school district the teacher worked in made the employee file the charges against the student.
Last Friday, another former graduated student came in to visit from his college studies to see the teacher. He presented that he had been given "papers in his college class" that showed the teacher as the victim of the aforementioned crime. The papers given to him in this college course were the entire 5 page Pre-Sentence Investigation Report from the case. The only information blacked out from the papers was the minor's last name, yet the ENTIRE first and last names and place of employment of both victims involved in the case were left on the report.
The report also told the minor's nick names and the names of the parents.
Should the professor of the class be allowed to give out such a document in his class? One that provides the FULL NAMES of the victims?
Here is the best part. The professor of the class is a retired prosecuting attorney in the same town as the teacher, student who committed the crime, former student, and the college are all located. Isn't this some kind of abuse of power? As he retired less than one year after the case and would have easy access to use of the records?
Is there some kind of legal action that can be made against the professor/ retired prosecuting attorney for giving out the Pre-Sentence Investigatin Documents of a Minor, revealing the victim's FULL NAMES in the state of OH?

Default Re: victim's rights question, OH

Call the current prosecutor at that office to discuss.

You would need more details but some parts of that may not be "public documents" and it would be illegal to disclose.

But a lot more is public than you may think.
