Could the comments that I had aired be considered libel?

hi, merry christmas to all! i am a dj (disc jockey) and I am a filipino, and presently residing in Chocolate Hills, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines. my problem is that there was an instance during my onboard that I inserted some coments. The coments is about the price of the tickets that the director of the school had imposed on me because i am a father of my son who studied in a school where the director of the school happened to be a priest as well. I just inserted some comments because the tickets was expensive and they implemented it as considered sold. now after a few days the director went to the fm station and threatened the fm that if I will not be remove from the fm and if I will not ask for apology, he will file for a 1 million libel case. my program director told me that I was not supposed to say a comments because i am dj which for him is simply to entertain people. Yes, I admit that there was lapses on my part but I think that I have a right because I am part of the issue which is the the tickets thats worth 300 pesos per ticket. My sentiment is that nowadays there is global crisis and on my part i have to tighten the belt for me to survive. I simply aired my side because the tickets were expensive. In fact many texters shared their sentiments as well. Now this is my question, can it be considered already (for libel) the comments that i had aired? It is so ironical because if you try to look at it, it was only a comment which is fairly true. Moreover, are there still ways or proper documentation for the accuser to prove before a court can consider the side of the accuser that his accusation is a ground to file a libel case?
