how to take action on employer

Hi ,

I had my H1B with one employer, i was working with him from past 9 months.In
july i took materinty leave. My employer send to USICS that he is
terminating my H1B in sept(without even intimating me and never even giving
me a clue that he was sending me information to USCIS).

He gave me a mail in oct saying that he is termination my employment.I was
in a shock seeing the mail all of a sudden.

i asked him how much time i have to trasfer my h1b .Then he told that he has
send a letter to USCIS in sept itself.(he never told me before).
he says that i was not employed and he cant bear me by paying me.

Although i was on maternity leave he didnt evne have legal rule to inform me
before terminating.

Now he has not given me any change to trasfer my h1b and terminated me.

He has totally not given me anyway out to get my H1b.
can you please suggest what i can do with such an employer.can i take action
against him.

Reasons:
1)He has terminated my H1b without intimating me .
2)He didnt send my doc which he has till now.

3)he has given me mental harasment by terminating me for no reason.

Please do advise me how can i take action against him.
