Dear experts,

I would like to know the law regarding Internet on-line gaming. Could a US resident to participate to such games? How a european citizen can easily participate and pay for such games which they are located in US and their base is within US. How the Online Casino Payments Processing realised anywhere except US?

These days it all has to be done off-shore. No US firms or payment processors will be involved.

but I would like to know the exact law! Why the biggest gaming brand companies coming from US and have their activities in US but the US citizens cannot participate or even they cannot use their credit card in order to play these 'legally' games.
