Default consumer

I was assaulted in my driveway, defended myself and consequently was charged with felonious assault. My co-combatant was charged with assault. I wanted to sue my co-combatant for my lawyer fees that resulted from the criminal case. I was offered a mutual consent dismissal of charges by the prosecutor and my lawyer said i could still sue my co-combatant. After the dismissal of my charges, i started the lawsuit against my co-combatant and found out i would not win because i signed the mutual dismissal form. Can i sue my lawyer for misrepresenting me?

No, in the present facts you can't because you signed the mutual consent dismissal.
