An attorney with a grudge fabricated a case against me. After spending a lot of money to get the case "settled", the court file still contains outright lies about me that this attorney knows are false (I believe this is called fraud). Do I have any recourse against him (besides trading paperwork with the State Bar)?

Court filings are immune from defamation charges etc.--but you can ask the judge to fine him for frivolous litigation; the current judge has seen the most and can decide if it was frivolous.
