Is there a legal doctrine for...
I just went to trial Pro-Se. Nearly 90% of the exhibits I had were rejected on technical grounds. In addition, my sole witness was prohibited from speaking because the prosecuting attorney alleged that she did not get the Witness List.
Of course the judge made an adverse decision based upon this lack of information. Is there a legal doctrine that describes the situation above? And, if so, are there resources that could help me file a motion for reconsideration or appeal? Thanks. |

Frankly you have to have a lawyer involved at this point...or the court likely will not take you seriously.
