How can i evict my tenant quicker?

My house is occupied my tenant for 1 yr & 1 month, i have a contract for them to stay only in 1 yr, this month i gave them i chance having a new contract to search a new house to move out until 10'th day of next month , cause their not yet prepare to live, How can i move them out quicker, since my contract for rental are not register in municipality, & also they do not have a delay payment, but i want to use my house already. Hope you can help me ,, I thank you.....

You can begin the eviction procedure ASAP.

Your local court has forms and it normally is not difficult to begin.

If they will not depart you don't have too many other options.

What should are the possible option if my tenats could not move out in the date that i gave to them?
