You need to keep reading the progression of Pigott's case against Pre-Paid Legal...it was very lengthy and had several ups and downs. A simple Google search won't break it down for you. In the end (and several years later), he and his clients won (both AP and TheStreet covered it in 11/05). In fact, the judgment was for 9.9 million! Pigott has stated that the deciding factor mentioned from jurors was hearing the actual sales pitch from Stonecipher personally. Go check it out.
