was HIPPA violated?

i was in a custody dispute a year ago and when the courts desicion was relased in an order it made statements pertaining to my personal medical inoframtion that the opposing party was given info on such as my history of bulima and a abortion. these things are discussed in the cusotdy papers that is given out by me ex to my childs school and everyone else that would need a copy of. that information is no longer private. I was told that inforamtion was given in open court and that there is no violation. is that true?
