worried
My lawyer had three cases consolidated. I appeared in court and only two was mentioned. It was brought to his attention and he said do not worry about it he had it taken care of. I was arrested for FTA on this one case. It cost me $1000 to get out of jail. I've called him and sent him a letter still no
response from him. Now I have A FTA on my record and a court appearance for this case. What can I do to get this matter corrected? |

Ask him to explain in writing.
If you are not satisfied you could take action for the costs and even require him to go into the court and explain what happened. |
