no notice!!!!!
What can be done when opposing counsel does not give notice or even provide the orders of when ourside is not present. I hate to be cynical, but when Illinois Supreme Court JUdge BOB THOMAS does it in slander case against a local newspaper is it a coincedence that judges that he appoints allow it to happen in their(my) courtroom.

The judge has to prohibit any one sided activity -- or rulings etc. when only one side is there.
You may appeal or file a judicial complaint if you feel he is doing otherwise. |
