ethical or illegal
My daughter got devoriced,They had to both get psycological evaluations. Her
exhusband has primairy custody of their daughter. Their child is in daycare/preschool. The father\'s attorney gave the administrator of the daycare without concent writen or otherwise a copy of my daughters psyc. evaluation. Is this legal? It seems to me that would be privilaged information? The psyc. evaluation was for court perposed only. If it isn\'t illegal, wouldn\'t it be unethical? |

The judge normally orders how that can be used. Check your court orders. But generally that is not for public use, you are correct. He could be held in contempt unless the order allowed for that.
