when married, my ex-husband and i hired an attorney to help him with his contempt of courts for child support. then we further hired this lawyer to get us custody of my ex-husbands 2 kids. we further went to this lawyer to see about filing against a hospital where our daughter got hurt while staying there.
my ex-husband has now hired this lawyer against me in regards to our son. is this a conflict of interest? |

If he has any personal or other information that could be used against you, then yes you could request that he resign (recuse himself) or ask the court to force him to do so.
