I need a motion name
I need to find out the name of the motion to submit to the district attorney's office to get charges out of state ran concurrent with the state he is currently doing time. CAN ANY BODY HELP

Not sure exactly what you are asking...but you submit to the court normally not the DA; a public defender can also help you if you cannot afford counsel...

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
