fringerprint laws in texas????? help!!!
They might have my fingerprints on on a picture frame that had pictures stolen out of it. Yes I stole the pictures, it was at my ex husbands house so being jealous (of who was in them) I stole it. Well his girlfriend called the cops and had them fringerprint. It's been about 3 days and I can't go to jail for being stupid I have kids. To me that doesn't seem like something on the top of their list but i am not sure. If ANYONE CAN HELP LET ME KNOW!!!!! PLEASE I AM SCARED!
AND IF THEY DO GET MY PRINTS WILL THEY COME GET ME OR WILL WE GO TO COURT? |

They would likely come talk to you first.
If that happens you should ask for a lawyer to be present and then have the lawyer handle it. Best not to talk by yourself or try to deal with that alone. |
