I have been talking to the cops about my x not letting me see my son. They said if i file on her 4 times they will arrest her and charge her with a felony. She has done it 3 times. The 4th time will be my christmas visitation.
What kind of felony is that? What is the maximum punishment for that? I hate to see anyone go to jail, but i have to put a stop to this. She has kept me from seeing my son long enough. |

It is interference with a court order among numerous other things. She needs to obey that order or get it changed.
