serving papers
my husband ex girlfriend is trying to serve his mother with papers for my husband . my mother in law is refusing to accept the papers. my husband ex girlfriend said that she was going to put my mother in law in jail for "harboring a criminal" because she wont accept the papers or give her our address.
can she do this, and what happens if the papers dont get served the case is bs anyway |

No!
She cannot go to jail for anything having to do with serving papers. And she need not accept them. |
