warrants
if you know someone that has many outstanding warrants for their arrest, how do you turn that person in, without them knowing its you. is there anyway to check if that person has warrants.
also if you know someone collecting welfare in the state of new york, and they have a house and they are making alot of money, how do you report that person. |

You normally cannot check their warrant status but you can call the police and tell them you know where the person is, and that you think warrants may exist.
