new york penal code 245.01
if someone takes a nude picture(supposedly for aids awareness) and posts it on the internet, the picture was taken in a public area in front of the yankee stadium, is that breaking new york penal code 245.01 for obscenity. if so how do you go about prosecuting for that? the picture can be seen by anyone on the internet,even those under 18.

It is normally not legal to have posed in public like that. That act was most likely illegal. Your local poice can confirm for you.
