Property Held for Evidence
A friend of mine and his neighbor was pulled over and searched 8 months ago but only to find out that his neighbor has just robbed someone at gun point. My friend was charged for conspiring with his neighbor but the state prosecutor is delaying the release of his car and other properties even though the case is over. Is it possible to file a law suit against the prosecutor for refusing to release these properties adequately?

You can file a complaint with the office and ask them to respond.
If that fails you can take it to a judge yes! |
